Since the rear differential is where the jack point is, and this firmly covers the diff, is this durable enough to bear the load of the jack and car? It does not seem like it could carry most of the car weight. Does this mean you'd need to remove and reinstall every time you jacked the car up? I'd be substantially less interested in having this on outside of track days if it complicates doing otherwise quick work on the car. Thanks.

Here is the answer from Carbing:
If the you avoid the area around the hole (to exchange differential oil), you don’t need to remove the cover. They recommend using the rear area behind the hole.
